Designed for Sandycove Homes

Kitchens for Seaside Period Homes

Sandycove’s Victorian terraces and seaside villas have proportions and details worth keeping: tall ceilings, sash windows and rooms that open to the garden or the sea air. A good kitchen should feel like it has always belonged there.

We have designed for homes here and close by, including our Sandycove Period Home, Glenageary Townhouse and a kitchen in Monkstown, planning every piece around the room and making it in our own workshop.

Questions

Planning a Kitchen in Sandycove

Every kitchen is priced to its design, materials and appliances, but our kitchen cabinetry typically starts from €35,000. After your first consultation we give you clear guidance, so the design and the budget develop together.

Yes. Terraced homes often have narrower rooms and a rear extension, so we plan the layout to link old and new, using in-frame cabinetry and painted finishes that suit the house, as in our Sandycove Period Home.

The design stage depends on your project: often one to two months, and longer for new builds where we work from architect’s drawings. Once the design is signed off, it is typically 10–12 weeks until delivery, and our own team then installs it, coordinating stone templating and fitting.

Yes. We design and make furniture for any room of the home, from bathroom vanities and walk-in pantries to home bars, boot rooms, dressing rooms and whole-house joinery, and many clients bring several rooms together in one project.
