Designed for Blackrock Homes

Kitchens for Period Family Homes

Blackrock’s Victorian and Edwardian houses, Georgian terraces and family homes near the sea are often extended to the rear, so the kitchen becomes the bright, busy room that ties the whole house together.

We have designed for homes here and nearby, including our Blackrock Period Property, Foxrock Family Kitchen and a kitchen in Monkstown, planning every piece around the room and making it in our own workshop.

Questions

Planning a Kitchen in Blackrock

Every kitchen is priced to its design, materials and appliances, but our kitchen cabinetry typically starts from €35,000. After your first consultation we give you clear guidance, so the design and the budget develop together.

Yes. We plan the kitchen around how the whole space will be used, from cooking and dining to homework and entertaining, so the extension feels part of the original house, as in our Blackrock Period Property.

The design stage depends on your project: often one to two months, and longer for new builds where we work from architect’s drawings. Once the design is signed off, it is typically 10–12 weeks until delivery, and our own team then installs it, coordinating stone templating and fitting.
