Bespoke Manufacturing

how we make our furniture

1. 50 Years of Know-How

Fifty years of making means we’ve mastered the finer details. Many of our cabinet makers have been with us for a decade or more – and that continuity matters. It means they understand our process instinctively, taking a technical drawing and translating it into reality, using combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern machinery.

2. Material Selection

We are incredibly fussy about our raw materials, sourcing only high-grade timbers, premium sheet materials, and solid hardware. We select only the highest quality components. All our paint finishes are formulated specifically for furniture to withstand the rigours of daily life.

3. Precision Engineering

We use technology where it matters. Our CNC machines ensure every cut and drill-hole is accurate to the millimetre – whilst making every cabinet fully bespoke for each client.

4. The Bench Joinery

Our joiners take those precision-engineered parts and expertly assemble them into finished cabinetry. Every door, frame, and drawer is constructed by hand – This is traditional bench joinery at its finest.

5. The Hand Finish

Precision machinery and sanding provides the foundation, but the final character is always checked by hand. Our painted finishes, oiled timbers and stained veneers are all completed by our specialist finishing teams in house.

6. Assembly & Quality Control

Our cabinet makers assemble and check every part of your furniture prior to delivery. We test every door and drawer runner ensuring cabinetry arrives ready for your installers to fit onsite.
